OH GOD WHAT A CRUMMY DUMP!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This place rates low on basically all levels:
horrible floor plans, no deck or balcony, horrible views, high crime area, poor management, and infested with silverfish.

Why anyone would want to buy soch a place is beyond stupid. Think about it.
