My boyfriend used to live at Wyndham Court. When we first started dating he told me how much he was paying and I imagined a really nice apartment in a REALLY nice area. Was I ever wrong. Wyndham Court is in the middle of a high crime area. When I would leave his place, I would occasionally stop at the Shell station nearby. One night it was a little late. I got out of my car to put the gas in and then got back in when some people nearby started to scare me.

This place is cheaply made, the entrance is near a busy road that is full of businesses, there are high school kids that have terrible language. Once they made a comment to me that was inappropriate and I told the office that these kids should not be around (they don't live there, they just like to hang in the hood)and the office staff said there was nothing they could do.

The view is crappy, there is no balcony, his neighbors were loud, and there was dog crap everywhere. he moved out about 6 months ago (thank goodness!!) and I am so happy he is gone. That place is a money trap. I cannot believe someone would waste their money on that place by purchasing a place at the court. WHAT A DUMP!

Do yourself a favor, save your money for a nice house. Sure the place seems nice right after leaving college, but in a few years at the court, you will regret your decision.
