Where the Hell is the Deck/Patio!

I looked at this place a couple of weeks ago as a potential condo for myself. It didn't have much to offer me. There was no patio/deck and the floor plans were pretty bad. The "unimproved" models were in bad need of repair. An "renovated" model added quite a bit more to the price. I thought--no way for a place that doesn't even have a deck to sit on!
