Not too bad, but not the greatest...

I currently live at Wyndham Court and although I do not agree with all the negative comments on here, I do have to agree with many of them. I was just looking at some other apartments as I will be ending my lease in May and am trying to do my homework better this time.
I do not like the location at all. It is terrible. The sales staff is rude at times. the apartments are run down. I canot figure out why someone would purchase one of these places.
I do have friendly neighbors and this place is close to work for me. I love having a washer and dryer in my apartment. The rent while not ideal, has not gone up much in the 2 years I have lived here.
It's up to you, but I would buy elsewhere.
