So some people seem to love posting repeatedly negative reviews about this place. And yes, its been a year since I've moved out. But let's also be honest ... it seems to me that someone from management is also slipping in overly favorable comments too. I left after a year because management was abysmal. The roof leaked in my 2nd floor apartment in 5 places and all management ever did was paint over it. Their attitude toward me was one of arrogance and indifference. The best thing about it (and the reason why I rented there) were the washer/dryers in the unit. As for purchasing, the kitchens were cramped, the spaces generally dark, the utilities not all that new and in summer one did have to watch for all the dog droppings. Its not in a terribly nice part of town. If I were a grad student, I would consider purchasing until I left. But as a permanent place to live, it was a major disappointment as a renter and I can't conceive of how it could be better as a resident. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
