Super Place - What's the deal with some of these ratings? I've lived here for a little over 4 years and never experienced any of the issues that people a complaining about. We love our place! - My girlfriend and I moved in to our place in April and love it! We were so happy to find a nice apartment that would let us have our dog (a LARGE husky!!). The one maintenence issue we had was when our AC went out in July (on THE hottest day of the year!), and it took them two days to get it repaired. Nice place to live Have been living here for 3.5 years. my second son was born here. we really think it is our home. so far so good.
Our apartment is not big but very nice. especially in the winter noon time, facing the south , a lot of sunshine.

do NOT live here... I'm having problems with my apartment complex (Gates of Deer Grove on Smith St. and Dundee Rd.) in fixing repairs (screens, toilet, window & door locks, thermostat, etc.) and with bugs and them sending out an exterminator during a reasonable amount of time.
