Lack of Integrity - I wish I could tell the whole story...but I am afraid of reprisals. Our lease will be expiring early next year and we will be so happy to be out of here. The residents that I live in the same building with are rude and one in particular has gotten away with murder. Ideal Starting Point Its a nice area with a few trails to go jogging on and a nice clubhouse workout facility incase of bad weather. The staff is great alway helpful and willing to help tenants. The turn around time for repairs, if ever needed, is quick.

Great Place To LIve I moved in during August and had a problem with my shower that was fixed within 45 minutes! The last place I lived it would have taken two weeks.

Village Park of Palatine It is quiet. Nice neighbors. No rif raf in one whole year I have lived there. There is a pool and tennis courts with a 24/7 indoor racquetball court. There is also a small workout facility that has good cardio and free weight equipment. I like the area. Definitely will

VP of Palatine I have lived at Village Park of Palatine for several years and have never had a single person treat me with dispect...in fact they go the extra 10 miles to get things done in a timely manner with courtesy.
