Really great place - I lived at Clover Ridge from 2001-2008. This was the nicest place that we ever lived at (in an apartment setting). I don't understand some of these reviews. Nice place to live Have been living here for 3.5 years. my second son was born here. we really think it is our home. so far so good.
Our apartment is not big but very nice. especially in the winter noon time, facing the south , a lot of sunshine.

do NOT live here... I'm having problems with my apartment complex (Gates of Deer Grove on Smith St. and Dundee Rd.) in fixing repairs (screens, toilet, window & door locks, thermostat, etc.) and with bugs and them sending out an exterminator during a reasonable amount of time.
