Lived @ Green Oaks Apt for 5yrs - Sorry wrong Green Oaks Apt. I lived at Green Oaks for 5yrs. I have 2 kids they loved it there. The Manager Becky and Asst Manager Viciki are very good people. I recomend this place it is very clean and well maintained. The elem school is wonderful NorthPointe Elem. That is the main reason I stayed so long. Lived @ Green Oaks Apt for 5yrs - Sorry wrong Green Oaks Apt. I lived at Green Oaks for 5yrs. I have 2 kids they loved it there. The Manager Becky and Asst Manager Viciki are very good people. THIS IS A BLOOD SUCKING SLUM COMPLEX I lived here currently pay wayyyy more than its worth. They cater to jerks with dogs that are never on leashes. Change rules as they go so the benefit from profit. Like now we have to pay to have a visitor park here thats BS. To sum this up Scenictree SUCKS!!! I

I have lived in Scenictree since 1999, and I can say that the new management is great and very professional. They respond to maintenance problems right away and they will call to make sure everything is okay. Candee is absolutely wonderful!!!
This really is a great place to call home....

I hate this place! This place sucks! The office staff is rude, if you ask to have your apartment exterminated they tell you to buy bug spray! Ants and roaches everywhere. Cars are towed all the time and frequently when I get home at night I have to find parking 1/2 a mile away there is NEVER
