love it here the staff is great and helpful and so is the maintenance staff is great if you have clog in the drain they are here to fix it fast.The area has the best shopping and we have a great library just a few blocks away.the only thing that we need is storage space.

5 good years Love the people around here plus my neighbors. It would be great to have storage in our buildings. Buzzer systems would be nice now that we have locked doors. Really enjoyed the pool where I can go to meet other residents. The fitness center is a great perk!

THIS IS A BLOOD SUCKING SLUM COMPLEX I lived here currently pay wayyyy more than its worth. They cater to jerks with dogs that are never on leashes. Change rules as they go so the benefit from profit. Like now we have to pay to have a visitor park here thats BS. To sum this up Scenictree SUCKS!!! I

I have lived in Scenictree since 1999, and I can say that the new management is great and very professional. They respond to maintenance problems right away and they will call to make sure everything is okay. Candee is absolutely wonderful!!!
