So far, so good... Updated 4/06/2011: I have lived here only a short while. But I can honestly say that I like Governors House. I've heard horror stories about how bad this complex was back in the day, before new management took over.
Now, it appears well-kept (for the most part).

Better now with new management Maybe in 2006 it was bad, but now it is definately better than you described. The office staff gets right on it when you have a problem. They have all new roofs,they fixed the plumbing and anyproblems you have, they get to it.Clean area and quiet.
