Nice apartment but nosey management

Nice overall newly remodeled apartments with nice apliances. The office is a pain to deal with. Always in your personal life and asking questions about others you not know whom live in apartment complex. If you like 20 questions and mood-swing staff thos is your place. Rent is based on income (HUD)

i agree. this is a nice area to live but the staff is all in your business. if you have a guest stay the night you have to report them into the office or if you dont report them then that is a violation. what ever happened to privacy in your own home?

I lived in Brookmeadows before and I loved it out there but the management gets in everyones business thats why i left. You might as well let them put a camera inside of your home because they act like they must know everything. Plus I think there racist. I'm part Indian and they used to act rude to me in the office. But as far as the apartments themselves they are in great shape.

I live in these apartments my advice Dont even think about moving here The office manager lives above the office and watches out her windows trying to catch you doing anything wrong at all. I swear they do have cameras in the apartments as well they always seem to know something about everyone living here and always have something to say about it as well. I would have more privacy being in prison then i do here and would rather be homeless then put up with these people it's pretty bad when they interrogate you about your neighbors and try and get you to watch out for stuff going on. This is not my job they seem to do too good of a job by themselves in that department so seriously i would recommend anywhere else even a shelter if you have no where to go.
