Awful "living" These apartments are awful, rundown, and filthy! The "management" is rude and I think at one point they would go in while I was gone and go through my stuff! Price is too high for the lack of quality we got!

Great place to live Pricey but a place like this will cost you twice as much in peoria. Beautiful spacious houses with excellent and friendly staff. Family oriented and lots of kids which can be a drawback.. Parties are stopped with police force.

Not recommended This place is rediculous, Staff members are rude and unprofessional. They work in a place where they are supposed to be helping out low income or no income people and they look down upon you for it. They never smile and just always rude. They never come and fix anything. NONE
