I did not feel safe in these apartments at all. There were known drug dealers living in the apartment below mine. Kids were left unattended and were constantly running around and bothering everyone. The majority of the tenants did not take care of their apartments (one tenant moved and left their dog in the apartment where it died). I moved out as soon as I could. Soon after that there was a shooting nearby. Don't move here if you value your safety.
