I must say Aspen Bluff has improved and is a better place to live since the new Manger has taken over. They address issuses and handle them like mature adults. She's done more in the 3 months as manger here then the former manger and the wanta be assistant manger, they were nothing but liars and theives. I must say 95% of the tenants here at Aspen Bluff welcome the change and is very glad the old mangement is gone. Thank God for change.

I must agree the Aspen Bluff is a much cleaner and safer place to live now that we have new mangerment who don't lie about what they are going to do, they make it happen. I've seen a big,big improvement within the past 5 months wow, no more loud music, dog mess,drug deals, people hanging outside in the parking lot and stair ways like this was the Warner homes. I see more respectful working people moving in ,who care about their surrounding. We can sleep at night now...I would like to say thanks to Trish, Chris, Satina, Robert,Jerome for making this a cleaner and safer place to live for me and my kids.....Thanks a bunch
