I have lived here for awhile and been through 3 managers, Kelly is the worst out of the 3. She pretends that she is trying to better the place, but not really. She has the office full of children andallows people to be on the computers which contain all of my person information so that they can play on MySpace. Whats the point of having an onsite manager if she never answers the phone and the door to the office is always locked' Her friends, their children and her children are always in the office like its a daycare. She can't say anything to the people that have extra people living with them in their apartments who are not on the lease because she has a house full herself. She can't say anything to the people who never pick up behind their dogs because she or whoever brings out her dogs never pick up after her them. She can't say anything to the residents who do illegial activities in their apartments because she is alwyas telling you how drunk she was last night. Now is this the kind of manager you would want or one that seems capible of running an entire apartment complex' Her assistant Jessica seems to be a nice but I think that Kelly is influencing her attitude towards the residents. I think that it is time for a change in the management at Aspen Bluffs, and the sooner the better.
