the foundation of the buildings are horrible. My building separating more and more every day. I give it 5 to 10 years before one of the buildings falls down the hill. the mice are ridiculous and the maintenance is horrible. the only good thing is the staff at the clubhouse. they are great. judge for yourself but i will be leaving here asap. there are also several residents who have a problem with harassment and even more who smoke illegal drugs. this is by no means the fault of the managers. I just feel that they need to screen everyone a little bit more. there are too many children in this area to have that kind of thing going on.

Your a jackass. I know a lot of people that live out there and granted there are some that due drugs which I don't know (those are the ones you have to watch) but the drugs aren't in the open. As far as all that foundation and mice talk I have never heard anyone speak of such things. My advice is that if you don't like it get the out! Bradford woods is an overall family orianted community!

Bradford Woods isn't all that it's Cracked up to be. I do see drug dealings around here all the time. I see people letting their dogs poop anywhere and not cleaning it up or getting fined I am sure. I hear loud music in my building all the time, and nothing is done about it. The walls are falling apart, the doors are constantly falling off the hinges and falling on my family members, or myself. The kids our here are mean and pick on other kids or beat them up so they can't play at the playground. Drug dealers sit at the playground trying to intimidate, or use the vulnerable kids. You get approached by rude men when you are trying to talk to your own children at the park, they try to start fights with you if they think you are looking at them or speaking to them. The maintenance men don't know how to fix crap, and they never fix it anyways when you ask. Unless you live on section 8 out here they don't care about your apt. (which I don't) Helen the manager is scandalous, watch out they are all related (aunts,grandma's,counsins,kids, ect.) the management,maintenance, and most of the tenants, so they play favorites. Beware if you move out here know the laws, know your rights, and keep to yourself. The only thing good about this place is the school district.
