I recently moved from a 2 bedroom due to a job relocation and was very happy with my stay at brookview. the manager was always very helpful and would always go out of her way to help if she could....she even gave me a ride to work when my car wouldnt start. the apartments are kept up very nicely and maint. requests are taken care of very quickly...i once locked myself out at 2am and the on call maint. person was very understanding(even though i woke him)...if i ever get back in the peoria area ill be sure to go back!!
