I'm currently 22 years old renting at Brookview Apartments and I can't say I've had a bad year renting thus far. I'm now out of lease and still remain at my location month-to-month because I've had no problems with the facility or the staff. When things were difficult the office allowed me to split rent up into 2 seperate payments on the 1st and 15th of the month with no issue.

Any and all of my maintainence problems have been followed up on or fixed within 24 hours, except for a small crack in the plaster of the bedroom which they said they would call someone in to resolve this and they have not.

If you're looking to rent a decent place I would completly reccomend Brookview. I may have gotten lucky with renting a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the run-off creek behind the complex but I also have a friend that rents a 2 bedroom up the hill and they're easily as nice, and pretty spacious for the cost. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
