For better or for worse only angry residents write reviews. I wanted to stand up for a great property that has made tremendous improvements this year. Most rental properties reflect the management company that runs them. This year Pinnacle took over and since their arrival things have gotten much better. My HVAC unit wasn't running efficiently so they replaced it within a few days. The location is great and the building I live in is clean, quiet and comfortable. Th eunits are HUGE 3 bedrooms. Pinnacle has made a lot of improvements and I have seen most of the bad former tenants kicked out. This place is worth every penny I pay.

If Cityscape was such a good apt.complex & Pinnacle was making such a tremendous impression; since taking over. Why have u only lived down in the complex for only 1yr. People who write these reviews have a good reason to be angry. All the above that you have mentioned, your ranking scores, are all inaccurate. I have been living in Cityscape since 2005 and here it is 2009, they have had 4 managers within 3 1/2 yrs. Evidently, something isn't right or people wouldn't be complaining & they would not have gone under so many management changes. Regardless of the drug dealers, borrowing neighbors, & other things that are illegal going on down here; this issue is with management. If they would go thru the proper screening procedures for the residents, have a management/resident relationship, walked the property from time to time, answered the phones, act like they are concerned about the property they manage. Then there wouldn't be such a big problem. If they act like they are concern, maybe the residents will feel the same.
