I feel that apartment complex could be run more effeciently by weeding out bad tenants who are knocking on other tenants' doors late at night to borrow toiletries, food, etc. Also, too many crack users and alcoholics with apartments make good tenants feel very uncomfortable. Management could be alot more caring. Current manager has police record, too. Bad ownership=bad management=terrible place to live!
