Trevor Holmes (who owns & is in charge of the property) assured me that no one would enter my apartment without 1st notifying me. However, on 3 seperate occasions workers entered my apartment without me 1st being notified. Afraid for my safety and for the belongings I contacted Trevor after every occasion. He simply stated that he had forgot. After the 3rd time I told him that I did not feel safe. He told me that he would let me out of my lease & return all of my money. However, after I moved out he did not return my money stating that I broke my contract (when in fact he broke the contract by entering the apt on several occasions w/o notifying me). When I called to speak to him he hung up on me, refused to talk to me, & was VERY UNPROFFSIONAL! For your own safety & money DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
