This place seems spacious and ok for the money but it is a a moldy watery mess that needs to be condemed. Please see the pictures. I lived there 10 months and the bedroom celling fell in with puddles of water gushing everywhere, the bathroom constantly leaked (no matter how many times they "fixed" it)the closet had a moldy cellings and the living room dripped water whenever it rained (I was on the first floor- how did that even happen')The kitchen sink pipes busted all over the floor in the winter for both me and my neigbors during the winter. My neighbors actually had to stay in a hotel because their apartment was flooded due to bad pipes. They refuse to put in the money to fix anything rather they just patch it up. I should have listen to the girl before me, but I was in a hurry. Oh forget about a military policy if you get called to orders they will screw you anyway they can. BEWARE OF THE LAWYER SLUMLORD!
