I have rented for ten years and these are the most horrific apartments I have EVER lived in - major things go wrong on a regular basis (major being huge ceiling leaks, pipe breaks, heat breaks, AC breaks -- so on and so on). The Property Manager is very kind and accomodating and the maintenance staff is very friendly, however, these two things do not make up for the fact that this place IS A HOLE!!! If you move here, you will have maintenance on speed dial and don't expect small things to get repaired - they never will, only the things they could get sued over.
