For the first fourth months living here, I was okay with it--pretty reasonable price, location, and nice neighborhood.

Then things started to fall apart: water leaking into room, stupid indian food continously permeating the hallway, pot smokers and their "friends" knocking on my door, naked lady downstairs doing a porn show with the blinds open, broken dishawasher that leaked and smoked and was blown off by maintanence until I left (it was easier that way for them, dangerous parking. Pool filled with the smelly, dirty, unemployed people and that guy on the motor scooter who might run ya down if you aren't watching.

If you're single and don't have a lot, it's not bad, but don't expect much. Like others said, the management is nice, but what is the freakin' point when the service is lousy.
