Hello.
This is not a nice place to live at all, and is not very safe.
There are always gangster style people hanging out in the parking lots and the hallways smell of dope/drugs.

These are wood framed buildings, and very noisy. People running up and down the stairs at all hours. You hear every foot step that someone takes who lives above you.

We called the police twice about loud music/noise. The neighbors came down in a group to complain with intimidation that we complained to the police. Subsequent requests to the neighbors in person to turn down the music were met by obviously stoned people answering the door unable to comprehend why the music was too loud.

On multiple occasions we witnessed domestic disputes of men assaulting and beating their female partners inside the hallways, and in the parking lots.

Had two water leaks in 10 days. And three leaks in total. One leak destroyed our computer system.

Shower ceiling is falling apart from a leak above, and covered in black mold. Numerous requests to have this fixed have gone unanswered.
