My husband and I have lived here since august of 2007. The office staff and the maintenance guys are really nice and helpful. We had to call them twice to fix a leak and a plugged sink, but they responded within the day I called or within the next two days. The neighbors are nice and respectful with their music playing and having friends over. The parking lots are always cleared when we have snow, and the maintenance guys are out early in the morning shoveling the walks from the door to the parking lots of the buildings. The apartments are old, but nice. The painting job wasnt too great, but we were told we could paint our apartment as long as we painted it back to the original color when we move. This is the best place have found so far, with pricing, location, and how it is to live here.
