I have lived in these apartments 4 times since 2000. I have looked at just about every other apartments in town. You will not find a larger floor plan for the price. The apartments are on the older side, so dont expect the ritz. I have had issues with the ac and with water leaks, but maintenance has always done a great job fixing these problems. You cant choose your neighbors, but for the most part I have had good neighbors. Everyonce in awhile it will get loud, I let the office staff know and dont have any problems after.
