Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
When thy first show you the place, it looks really nice. The apartments are spacious and bright, decently lit, clubhouse is nice, pool is sparkling blue, office staff seems really nice, etc. However, once you move in, you'll find that the parking is non-existent near your own door unless you have a motorcycle that you never ride (like someone in her building did) or one of those mega crappy garages they rent for $40 a month (that I wouldn't put my worst enemy's car in). For $500 a month you get a one bedroom here whereas for $485-539 you can get a two bedroom if you move on down the road. (Patrician, $539, Brookview, $485).
Oh, and let's not forget the staff now. The folks in the office seem really nice until they give you the wrong move out date and don't keep their word about said date and expect you to pay them $470 for a month's rent when you didn't live there (as they did to my wife). Great place if you have money to throw away! BEWARE!
