Better watch out for your car!

Several issues to point out with The Grove.
Remember that these apartments were originally condemned, meaning unsafe to be in. All they did was put a coat of paint over everything, and I mean everything. They did it in a fast and hurried way, you can see extra paint dried in globs on doors, walls and such.
There are issues with the water. Hot, way too hot one minute and then the next cold. Atleast once or twice a month, there would be tons of air in the pipes and it would take forever to clear and I always thought it was going to spray out at me.
I never had the issue, but one of my friends in a different building had their kitchen cabinets fall off of the wall!
The staff in the leasing office is always changing, but whats new! Very rude and unhelpful, made you think that they were only there to get new residents in the complex.
Never rent a garage, its not worth the extra money. Your car could get blocked in due to the amount of parking, rather lack there of of parking.
You can never find a spot when you need it. And if you try the other parking lots you will have a hard time finding a spot their. The other tennants are also not respectful to your car. I have several scratches that have appeared overnight at this complex.
The laundry facilities are quite far, depending on which building you are in. Make sure you either get the same building or just go around the corner to the laundromat, which they are much more convienant anyways.
When you need to give written notice that you are moving, make sure you turn it in right away.
