I have lived at the Grove for 4 mo now and let me tell you the maintance is CRAP!!! They dont know what they are doing!! I had a leak in my bathroom, and it took 2 weeks for them to fix it!! The worst part of all is they USED ELECTRICAL TAPE to seal the pipe....I am not from the pojects..and that to me getto fabulos!! The office staff isnt so bad they just dont know what is going on half the time. You would think that they work in the office they should know what happens on their property! OHH how could I forget about the mice and flea problem I had...Yeah talk about gross... I will say they took care of the mice real quick I made sure of that...so if you are think of moving here be sure to SEE YOUR APARTMENT FIRST, CHECK FOR MICE HOLES, CHECK TO SEE IF YOU A/C OR HEAT WORKS, AND CHECK YOUR BANK BOOK TO SEE IF YOU WANT OT SPEND THAT MUCH ON THESE RUN DOWN APARTMENTS!!
