Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The maintanace at the Grove is substandard at best. The pool is still closed until further notice and the date today id June 8th 2006.
The hot tub also has not worked since the fall of 2005.
The air conditioning in the majority of the units do not work and the management states that AC is a luxury not a necessaty and rufuses to fix them.
The large screen TV they advertize also has not worked since the summer of 2005.
