Big rooms, lots of sunshine. The parking lot is huge, never a problem finding space close to the apartment. Maintenance is a little sluggish, but they do a good job. The rent reduces with each lease. Passages and lobbys are cleaned regularly. There is a small grove where a brook flows. Lawns are well maintained. We are very happy with the apartment.
