I lived there for one year. The positives would be the management team is nice, they give a discount to certain employers & college students, and they have very decent sized rooms and bathrooms. The negatives would have to be the maintenance is a bit sluggish, but they'll come out eventually. Also, there is a bit of a mold case in the lower apartments. Other than those 2 negatives, I had a pretty decent stay there.
