A great deal in peoria

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
I have lived at the grove for over 3 years now and I don't even think about moving. The maintenance staff has improved 100% since I first moved in. When I do have a issue it is taken care of with in 48 hours. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The apartments are very big and the floorplans are awesome. The price can't be beat.
