I have been living in the Grove for just over a year now and I am thinking to move out. The floorboards above me are creaky as heck and the guy who lives above must be really heavy because the floorboards creak really loud and not only that even when hes not creaking them just walking around the whole building is literally shaking!!! And to make matters worse he is awake late into the night. I am really exhausted from living here and I need out soon. I would also like to mention that I found a dead mouse in my furnace closet over the winter. I did not say anything I just threw it out but it was pretty disturbing.

Get a top floor unit and you will be OK otherwise avoid the Grove! The damn neighbor above me just got home from work and is giving me a real headache from the creaking of the floorboards yet again!

Wow, maybe you should move tothe top floor. Its not the Grove's fault that the guy above you is loud. Say something to the office.

It's not that he is loud, it's reasonable to be able to walk around your own apartment whenever you want. The problem is that the floors are unbelievably creaky. Are you sure you are not an employee of the Grove? If so please register your property manager account and post a manager reply...

I have the same issues with the grove with the noise but their kids intentionally make noise and scream, slam doors, and the mom yells all the time. Not to mention a leaking ceiling from their bathroom. Has happened 8 times and they haven't seemed to fix it yet
