Very very bad apartment

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I stayed in this apartment for 7 months now. For some weekends,the mainly water pipe end up breaking, causing at least 2 days without water. And this happened at least 7-8 times so far.

And the electricity runs pretty high
