having lived here for three years now i can honestly say that there is excellent potential in this complex but the maintenance leaves alot to be desired and the management is lackluster at best. I have been thru FOUR water main breaks in addition to THREE floods due to plumbing problems on the floors above me (toilets that refused to shut off and overflowed till there were waterfalls coming down thru my ceiling all over the apt). Mid America Management finally recarpeted the apartment after the last flood (they got tired of my complaining about the smell of rotting carpeting i guess). I've been too busy to move so far but i am tired of this so i'm getting ready to leave soon despite the low rent that they have been charging me so that i stick around for the past few years.

The location is great and it could be a really nice place if only they would put some honest effort into maintaining the buildings/taking care of the tenants problems but until that happens i would have to say that the best option is to simply look elsewhere.
