Excuse me! Everyone knows that the rent is due on the 1st. If you are so stupid and pay your rent, then Duh!! anywhere you live will have late charges! I always paid my rent by the first and never had any problems. And managementwas friendly, helpful, and was always there for the residents. Let me clarify that--the people in the office were great! Now for the company, Mid-America they are a freakin' joke! They shouldn't be allowed to manage any place where humans live! They tend to be spineless, money hungry, and don't give two cents about anyone else but theemselves and their "friends" in Chicago. I personally think that they don't help the ladies in the office but to give them a hard time. How are they supposed to do a good job when they aren't allowed to make up their own minds on anything! Anyway, enough about the CRAPPY management company! The property OVERALL is really nice! However, the buildings need some plumbing work done. The comments on the water problems do hold true partially. I never went two days without water but I did a few nights. But that is to be expected with a major break. SO BASICALLY, DON'T LIVE ANYWHERE THAT MID-AMERICA MANAGEMENT MANAGES!!!!!!!!!!!
