This is the worst complex in the 61615 zip code with the exception of Hollybrook. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer to a building which has 6 apartments. The water heater is turned down past the recommended heating temperature (good thing my roommate knew how to change it) you can forget good water pressure in the morning. my neighbor has a sink pipe that was wrapped in a t-shirt and duck tapped. The 2nd room in the 2 bed room apartments is the size of some peoples' walk in closets. The hot water in the kitchen smells like sulfur. i'm glad i'm just doing an internship here... it looks okay on the outside and it is located in a good neighborhood... but the brochures are more than exaggerated... the "basketball court" is only 6ft high... the swimming pool is more like a 15x15ft water hole with 5ft of water. The "gym" has a wheel with a handle for abs, 1 ab roller, and 1 stair master from the 80's... They should pay YOU to stay there.
