I've lived here for 7 months and I dont like it at all. Walls are very thin, paint is terrible (its been peeling off for a while), appliances are old and dont work. The maintenance guys do come to the apartment, but they dont fix what I asked and decide to fix other things that werent really broke in the first place. Even getting Insight internet to work in the apartment was a hassle. If you live by the forest, everyone brings their dogs to the bathroom there, which is right where my apartment door is. Insects are everywhere! I have ants and mice everywhere, and the exterminator that Haymeadow supplies is terrible. I live in a Town Home style apartment and the top floor isnt even level. I have to place shims underneath all my furniture to keep from falling over. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you get a brand new one
