I use to live at a couple different apt. complex in the Peoria area, but recently I moved in with my Fiance, who lives in Haymeadow (2 years), and I HATE it (so does she)!!! The location is great, but the management sucks! I've been in there for about 6 months, and they've shut our water off (without notice or with less than a day notice) at least once, if not twice a month, due to a "main break". Maintenance is bad about snow shoveling in the winter and grass mowing in the summer. Managment does not work with you at all, I can't say enough about the managment and how horrible it is, ask around anyone at CAT who lives there, and you'll hear the same. We will definitely be moving out after we get married. My recommendation, is that for the price, you're paying for a great neighborhood, but that's it. Look around if just moving into town.
