If you get certain apartments you look out to a beautiful wooded lot. The neighborhood is excellent with clean surroundings and is safe. Although it has potential, the entire complex needs to be bought by a good property management company.

They turn off the water at least once a month without warning, they stole property during a storage cleaning session (over 500.00 in non-replacable items, such as Christmas decorations, clothes, camping equipment). The lawn is rarely mowed in the summer months, the pool hours are horrible (closed on Monday and closes 6pm the rest of the week). Additionally, the managerment lies consistently to its tenants. I have numerous calls into maintence that have not been resolved (e.g. outdoor light bulbs never replaced, stairway lights not replaced).

If it was not for the fact it cost too much to move and the neighborhood is beautiful, I would move in a heartbeat.
