I am the manager of Haymeadow Apartments, and i have been since June of 2003. I heard about this web site just recently and i thought it would be a good idea to review it so i would know what the tenants do and don't like about the property, b/c believe it or not i care reguardless what is said about me. To start as you can see from most responses after june of 2003 they have been better. It is now March of 2005 and i finally feel like i have established the staff i wanted to make this an enjoyable place to live. What was said about past mait. men might of been true, since i have been there i have went through about 7 mait. men and 8 cleaners b/c i didn't think that they were doing a good job. I have now had the same mait. staff for a year and the same cleaning staff for 4 months and have never seen such a great staff i think they are all wonderful and do a great job. As for us in the office we try our hardest to please everyone some days we are in tears and about to walk out the door b/c someone wants to yell at us for something that happend that we had no control over from something as a waterheater breaking to a lightbulb being out and i understand that you would be upset to have a mait. issue but we bend over backwards to help you right away, but for some that is not good enough. I have pleanty of wonderful comment cards anyone is welcome to read if they come into my office. One more thing i would like to say is that comment about us office girls being out at bars isn't what it is said to be, for one the leasing agent isn't 21 and has not been to a bar and for two yes i will say i do go out time to time, and i worked at a bar on fri. & sat. nights as a second job i really don't see why that statement was made, and i don't know why it is a big deal everyone goes out to have a good time. to conclude those of you who have such a big problem, please contact me, b/c i am always willing to help.

If you are the manager of these apartments then you need to have more class and professionalism than writing a response on this website completely defending all your actions. Your response sounded very immature and would only make me decide not to rent an apartment from you, and I will tell my friends the same thing. Grow up!!

As a manager I believe that you began to market the property well by stating the conditions have improved, but from that point on there was no need to give further details about firing personnel or mentioning the age of an employee. People reading these negative comments will know that some people are just venting. Comments about personnel going to bars is irrelevant to leasing. You really only need to address the three p's of real estate people, pets, and parking NOT information that is private, personal, and protected (in some cases). If you wish to continue to address those people upset with the property, I would advise a prospective tenant and as a leasing agent that you should be very picky about what you say and the manner you say it.

Read the reviews. Clearly things are not "better now" at Haymeadow Apartments. Clearly they are far from better. If the problems were fixed and you "bent over backwards to help tennants right away" I wouldn't have to warn future renters of the exact opposite. Your tears are proof that you and your staff are not doing a good job.

my father always said ,"you can put a dress on a pig but you still end up with a pig in a dress!" that sums up this place ....
