Good location and service, but small

The apartments are quite good located at in one of the best areas in Peoria. The rooms are small and kitchen is tiny. Heat is electric, so heating is not cheap. But other than the size and electric heating, I have had no issues as yet. Service reps are pretty good and have a response turn around time of less than 24 hrs. There is no bus service in the area however, so people with cars only.
