The manager is ----- and she treats the tenants like a piece of ----. Very bad attitude. Maintance is bad ... I have tried fix the shower a millon times and gave up. There are better new apartments in the area and you will be better off.

Previous management has been completely replaced since this post. The complex is now locally owned and managed. Service has been upgraded multifold. Give us an opportunity to prove to you that this is one of the finest places in the Peoria area. Beautiful parklike grounds. Wooded all around. It is truly a marvel.

Locally owned or not the place is still a dump! Mold growing in the tubs and underneath the bathroom floors, disgusting stains all over the walls, unknown (animal urine?) smells in one bedroom and if you want to break the lease because you cannot stand it any longer then: sorry! But you still have to pay the overpriced rent of at least 2 months to escape! It isn???t written anywhere so it???s only ???verbal??? but you have to pay it anyway! I'm very sorry I didn't check these reviews prior to signing myself for this dump! I have to agree that the ONLY thing this place has right is location???so if you never come to sleep to your apartment then is OK!
