I wont go into details of exactly what was wrong but the main issues were the need of maintenance repairs and general dissatisfaction with the office.
In summary, this was a NIGHTMARE.
If you are considering moving in, don't sign ANYTHING until you are 100% satisfied with the current state of the exact apartment you are moving into.

I have to agree with this one 100%. Just moved out recently because I could no longer take no hot water, no heat for almost 2 weeks (this was in January) and the total disregard for my issues from the office.They are rude and absolutely hateful! There was no sense of urgency in repairing my furnace. You are lucky if anything works half the time. I'd live in the slums first.
