Doesn't Get Much Worse Than This!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
1) PARKING - Parking is crowded and limited because of reserved "carports" that cost $25/month. Weekends and holidays are terrible.
2) NOISE LEVEL - You can hear people yelling and music blazing from the manager's outside parties.
3) GROUNDS - Grounds rarely cleaned. Dumpsters, trash cans overflowed when people actually put their garbage in the bins.
4) SAFTEY - There is NO saftey! Drug using teens roam the area. A woman was attacked and almost raped a few months ago. Poor lights. Security guard rarely walks the grounds but instead stays inside and therefore is of no use.
5) EXERCISE FACILITIES - Break often and cause injury. Its a wonder Hickory Ridge hasn't been sued yet.
6) LAUNDRY FACILITIES - 2 washers, 2 dryers. Not enough for 12 families in each building. Overpriced also.
7) EASE OF MOVE IN - Very very difficult to dop angles and limited parking near the door.
8) RECYLING ACCESS - There is none!
9) CONSTUCTION - Average, nothing special
10) APPLIANCES - Drains leak, dishwasher leaks all over the kitchen, air conditioner rarely works in summer. Need I say more'
11) WATER PRESSURE - Plumbing leaks.
12) ELECTRICITY - Average, except for frequent flickers which reset every appliance.
13) TELEPHONE WIRING - One line.
14) PESTS - ANT INFESTATION! Other bugs too.
15) NEIGHBORHOOD - Grounds for gangbangers and fights.
16) FREEWAY/HIGHWAY ACCESS - Right next door. Not good for exploring toddlers.
17) SERVICE QUALITY - 2 thumbs DOWN!
18) SERVICE RESPONSIVNESS - You have to request for things 2 or 3 times before they even think about fixing something.
19) SECURITY SERVICE - Security "guard" shouldn't even qualify to have the title. He could do nothing if someone was in trouble.
20) OFFICE STAFF - 2 of them are downright rude and insulting.
21) OFFICE HOURS - Doesn't matter; they're never there anyway. When they are they're out at the pool or watching TV in the clubhouse.
22) RATE INCREASES - Reasonable
23) OVERALL - A sad, sad place.
24) WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS - Only if I was out of my mind.
