I am currently a resident here at Hickory Ridge, and to be perfectly honest I was really nervous to be moving to peoria. The office staff was really nice, and personable. These apartments arent the best by any means, but thats just it....THEY ARE APARTMENTS! if you want something WAY better, buy a flippin' house! I read some of the other comments and yeah, you do have some maitnance issues that you have to call in and so on, but compaired to some of the other apartments I've lived in...this is heaven. The lay out of the apartments are pretty nice and spacious for the prices.
