I have been renting since my sophemore year of college, and this is by far the WORST place I have ever had to live. I needed a place to live urgently when I got my new job, and this was the first place that could accomodate me. The parking is terrible. The office staff is unhelpful and rude. The parking currently is, and in my opinion will always be, a huge problem. The towing company has liberty to tow whomever they feel is violating the parking "policy". They charge too much for the mediocre services and facilities. Forget about the laundry, it's always busy. The security doors are a joke.
In short, I have not had a good experience here, and I don't think you will have a good one either.
