Overall I say its OK, for the reasonable money they rent. Good thing is they do not rip you off when you move out. Parking used to be a big problem (due to supposedly guest vehicles) but is solved now. Maintenance is real good - they dont hesitate to replace your appliances, changed my fridge and heater when those went bad, even on Sundays.
The bath tubs inside apt are baby sized, too small and they should take off the spa from their ads as that never worked and they dont seem to have intention of making it working. Building locks / bad pool is resident's doing. My building lock is rectified every week but some residents (students) break it same day. Also staff is good though feedback written is bad, they even helped me dealing with noisy, drinking students. Our parking mot has lot of potholes.
