Horrible place! Management staff very unorganized, don't communicate with each other, and are two-faced. Very disrespectful towards my family. Management claimed carpets in my apartment were cleaned but it was so dirty I had to throw away my children's white socks. Management makes up rules and enforces rules for only certain people on property. Don't advise anyone to rent here for your own sake.

yes I agree with you although we did not live there and lived in a wonderful apartment complex called hollow creek apartments , we had to visit a couple of our friends and all our friends told it was worst and they signed up contract, the only reason it is still open is because of the school district and close proximity to wal-mart, Sams club etc...

Totally agree with you - I unfortunately live here and am planning to move out the second my lease is up. And by only enforces rules for certain people - those people are the middle eastern people. If you are white, black, Hispanic, don't bother living here. They only cater to the middle easterners. They can have 25 people living in an apartment, and they don't even care. They pretty much let them do whatever they want - they must be afraid of them or something.

I am totally agreeing to all of the statements, I lived there in 04 and moved abruptly bc i needed to go to michigan to take care of my mom and dad b4 they passed and they said they would take care of all the paper work and fax it to me so i can sign off the early agreement for my lease well that never happened i get a call that july saing that i owe them money for 4 months that i didnt even live there and the cilco bill and that the apartment was messy and tried telling them that i owe them around 4000 dollars well for one the second bathroom continuously got back up from water and no one would come to fix it for at least a couple of days and when i moved in they place wasnt even clean or no new carpet so i took pictures of it and when i came down to time for me to owe them we took it to court and they lost, if you ask me this place is run by jews that all they want is their money for services not even rendered.
