I've been living her about 7 monthes. the landlord is a compulsive liar and will make tons of empty promises to get you to sign a lease. When you have a maintenence issue it will not be take care of unless it is life or death. We have had things that are broken since the day that we moved in not be fixed as promised. Only positive thing is that the apartments are spacious. Although the day I had been scheduled to move in the apartment had not been cleaned and was a complete mess. not only that but I had to sit for an hour and a half in the office listening to the landlord yell at her children while she tried to find the keys to my apartment. I am leaving after my lease is up. I am praying that they don't try and screw me over on my security deposit. if they do I shall inform you all

So then, if you had such a problem from the day you moved in, why would you move in there. It seems to me like you would hit the door running as fast as you can! It upsets me as an apartment complex property manager that tenants want to badmouth the place that they live, but they are not doing their part to make it a home. I have been a Property Manager at a local apartment complex and we have our ups and downs, but most of the time, it is because of the tenants, not the staff!
